This class will give you tools to help you prepare for a great pregnancy by starting early and focusing on and being more comfortable in your changing body. It's also about fostering new connections with other Mums starting their pregnancy journey and starts cultivating the support you need to have healthy and positive pregnancy! This one night, 2 hour class is designed for pregnant women to take between 14 and 20 weeks gestation. This precedes the longer 6 week Antenatal classes, Boutique Weekend Classes or One on One sessions which you will attend when you are approx 28 weeks gestation along with your partner or a support person.
