Hi, if we haven’t spoken yet, I’m Janine Gard. A highly experienced and qualified Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting Specialist. I’ve facilitated Antenatal and Postnatal Programs for 18 years and taught over 5000 parents! My coaching services go beyond traditional antenatal classes. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a fun and friendly approach to guide and support you and your partner throughout your journey and I am delighted to offer you and your partner personalised support and coaching services to navigate this special time.

My approach is suitable for both first-time mothers and those who have had challenging or traumatic birth experiences in the past. During our sessions, you will build confidence, gain knowledge, have your questions answered, and learn to trust in your ability to birth.
