Ok, time for us to get all personal. Your perineum is the little bit of skin between your vulva and your anus. And, during vaginal birth, it's going to stretch quite a bit - ouch! Don't stress, it's very elastic and designed to do this.

Ingredients:
Lavender essential oil - helps soothe and decrease inflammation
Frankincense - has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes pain, is an antiseptic and helps aid in wound healing, it's also been shown to help tone skin elasticity.
Clary Sage - is a hormone balancing oil, has antiseptic properties and increases circulation
Witch Hazel - is an astringent and helps reduce inflammation.
Clear Aloe Vera Gel - very soothing to the skin.
Filtered Water - helps with consistency to make it sprayable.
